<p>Provided is a polyester polycarbonate polyol which is capable of providing a coating film that has excellent adhesion by being used as a starting material for a polyurethane resin, a urethane acrylate and the like. A polyester polycarbonate polyol which contains a repeating unit represented by formula (1), a repeating unit represented by formula (2) and a hydroxyl group at a molecular end, and wherein the repeating unit represented by formula (1) contains two or more kinds of repeating units represented by formula (3); and a polyurethane resin and a urethane acrylate, each of which is obtained using this polyester polycarbonate polyol.</p> |
