Abstract A grilling apparatus comprising: a heat source that is located in the apparatus; an air impulsion mechanism for supplying air to the apparatus so as to enable the air to be fed to the heat source; a grilling surface; a reflector arranged with respect to the heat source so as to reflect heat emitted by the heat source to the grilling surface; one or more air inlets which are arranged such that the air that is supplied to the apparatus by the air impulsion mechanism is caused to flow past the reflector to be heated thereby, before being fed to the heat source. |
