PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel distributed processing system which does not induce a new bottleneck by accurately detecting a bottleneck relating to a task that is currently executed.SOLUTION: A parallel distributed processing system 1 determines whether a bottleneck occurs in a task that is currently executed by considering not only at least information on a network but also information on a process into consideration, and calculates an alternative path of flow used in the process for executing the task in a management device 10 which performs path control to a switch 30 by OpenFlow, and also instructs a server 20 to parallelize task execution with at least two or more information processing terminal devices.
