PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a transport container to be reliably tightly bound on a loading platform by a simple device and procedure when transporting the transport container which stores radiopharmaceutical.SOLUTION: A fastening device 5 of a transport container 40 which stores radiopharmaceutical can mount the transport container on a land transportation vehicle. The fastening device includes: a front and a rear lashing belts 21, 22 whose end parts engage with a lashing rail 6 fitted to the vehicle; a base part fastened with a fastener detachably mounted with frame members 31 to 33 formed with openings through which these front rear lashing belts are inserted; and an upper side lashing belt 23 in which both end parts are engaged with the base part formed in a rectangular shape. When the transport container is transported, the transport container is positioned inside the rectangle of the rectangular base part, and cushioning materials 41, 42 are interposed between the transport container and the base part.
