PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave correction clock capable of reducing power consumption and time required for receiving a standard radio wave and improving a probability of successful reception.SOLUTION: A radio wave correction clock includes time measurement means 410, clock-time display means 500, reception means 200, current clock-time correction means 440, reception control means 420, and external operation means 600. Further, in a case where an automatic reception clock-time, as a clock-time for the reception means 200 to start receiving a standard radio wave, is pre-set, with a current clock-time counted by the time measurement means 410 reaching the automatic reception clock-time, the reception control means 420 executes a first reception mode that is to cause the reception means 200 to receive only a partial portion of limited clock-time information that is a limited portion of clock-time information on the standard radio wave, while in a case where a forced reception operation for the standard radio wave is instructed at the external operation means 600, executes a second reception mode that is to cause the reception means 200 to receive more pieces of clock-time information on the standard radio wave than in the first reception mode. |
