PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of alleviating distribution of ventilation resistance of a blower system and capable of blowing air stably even when an electric component unit is arranged in front of an end part of an indoor heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An air conditioner of this invention includes an indoor unit including: a housing having an air suction port arranged on a front surface side, and an air outlet arranged below; a cross flow fan provided in the housing; a cross fin tube type heat exchanger arranged between the air suction port and the cross flow fan and having a heat transfer tube and a fin that the heat transfer tube penetrates; and an electric component unit arranged on the front surface side of the heat exchanger and accommodating an indoor control base. The ventilation resistance of the heat exchanger in which the electric component unit is arranged on an upstream side in an air flow direction is made to be smaller than the ventilation resistance of the heat exchanger in which the electric component unit is not arranged on the upstream side in the air flow direction. |
