PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate-polydiorganosiloxane copolymer excellent in low out-gas property and low temperature impact property when molded at a high temperature.SOLUTION: There are provided a polycarbonate-polydiorganosiloxane copolymer containing a polycarbonate block comprising a specific constitutional unit and a polydiorganosiloxane block comprising a specific constitutional unit and having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of the polydiorganosiloxane block in the copolymer of 3 or less, and a manufacturing method thereof.
