<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal synchronizer in which the time required for signal processing can be shortened when compared with prior art, and to provide a signal evaluation device including the same, and a signal synchronization method.SOLUTION: A signal synchronizer 20 includes a waveform capturing unit 21 for capturing a predetermined number of frames of the waveform data of a multi-carrier signal including a first carrier signal and a second carrier signal, a frequency filter 22 for passing the first carrier signal captured by the waveform capturing section 21, a time synchronization unit 24 for extracting a pilot signal included in the first carrier signal, and detecting the head position of a frame of the first carrier signal based on the position information of the pilot signal thus extracted, and a frequency filter 23 for passing the second carrier signal captured by the waveform capturing section 21 based on the information of the head position of a frame.</p> |
