PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave device which includes a circuit board and an acoustic wave element mounted on the circuit board, is capable of stabilizing an inductance value of an inductor pattern in the circuit board, and has stable frequency characteristics, and to provide a mounting body and a portable telephone terminal device.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave device 10 includes a circuit board 1 and an acoustic wave element 2 mounted on the circuit board 1. In the circuit board 1, an inductor pattern 121 formed on an inner layer 11B of the circuit board has a transverse part 121a which linearly crosses a first ground pattern 114a formed on a rear surface 11C of the circuit board in a planar perspective view.
