The present invention relates to a diesel re-circulating device and to a synthetic fuel production system including same, and one objective thereof is to re-circulate diesel generated in a slurry bubble column reactor (SBCR) and stably supply the re-circulated diesel to a reactor while precisely controlling the flow rate of the diesel. The synthetic fuel production system according to the present invention includes the slurry bubble column reactor and the diesel re-circulating device. The slurry bubble column reactor generates a hydrocarbon compound through a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction. The diesel re-circulating device separates the diesel from a gaseous product discharged from the slurry bubble column reactor and evaporates the separated diesel in order to supply the diesel to the slurry bubble column reactor along with a synthetic gas.
