The present invention relates to a method for preventing incomplete combustion of a boiler using a temperature sensor, which includes the steps of calculating a reference temperature (Ti) of a flame according to a combustion quantity control value (Qi) of a current gas supply and air supply when ignited; detecting a flame temperature (Tx) of a burner through the temperature sensor installed around the burner; determining whether the detected current flame temperature (Tx) is higher than the reference temperature (Ti); determining whether the current flame temperature (Tx) is higher than an upper limit temperature (Te) for forced stop that is preset in a control unit if the current flame temperature (Tx) is higher than the reference temperature (Ti); determining whether the current flame temperature (Tx) is lower than a lower limit temperature (Tf) for forced stop that is preset in the control unit if the current flame temperature (Tx) is lower than the reference temperature (Ti); and stopping the combustion of the burner safely by shutting off a gas valve and stopping a blower fan if the current flame temperature (Tx) is higher than the upper limit temperature (Te) for forced stop, or the current flame temperature (Tx) is lower than the lower limit temperature (Tf) for forced stop. Therefore, when the burner of the boiler is being combusted, it is possible to check the status of incomplete combustion through changes of the flame temperature and to take a necessary measure in a short time, which minimizes the noxious gas and significantly improves commercial value and reliability of a product. |
