The present invention relates to a plug including a switch for blocking standby power. More particularly, the present invention relates to a plug including a switch for blocking standby power, in which the switch seesaw-operated at a top surface of the plug to turn on/off power supplied to an electrical product from the plug is installed to completely block the standby power as the switch of the plug is turned off without pulling off from an outlet when the electrical product is not used, so the convenience is provided in the use of the plug. In addition, a locking cover is additionally installed and locked to maintain the on/off operating state of the switch as the locking cover slides along a base having the switch, so that the switch is not turned on/off even if external shock is applied to the switch in the state that the plug is inserted into the outlet, thereby preventing the electrical product from being suddenly turned off. |
