LIFT-SHAFT TERMINATION WITH A LIFT-MONITORING ARRANGEMENT

#CMT# #/CMT# The frame (14) has a chamber (16) and an outer opening facing toward a lift shaft (11), where the outer opening is positioned near the chamber. A lift control arrangement is placed in the chamber and provided with a lift control unit and an electronic power unit for operating a lift motor and a main carrier. The lift control unit and the electronic power unit are arranged at the main carrier of the lift control arrangement. The main carrier covers the outer opening facing toward the lift shaft. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a lift installation comprising a car. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Door frame i.e. lift door frame, for use in a lift shaft enclosure of a lift installation (all claimed) for separating a lift shaft from a story of a building. Can also be used for an escalator and a moving walkway. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The electronic power unit is integrated in the lift control arrangement to reduce cost of the frame as only cabling of the motor has to be connected with the lift control arrangement, and the lift control arrangement has to be connected with an electrical power supply mains. The frame avoids the need for a separate power supply line between the lift control arrangement and the power supply mains as a power supply unit of the lift control arrangement supplies power to the lift control unit and the electronic power unit. The lift control unit and the electronic power unit can be matched and adjusted to one another at an end of a factory assembly of the lift control arrangement, where the lift control arrangement can be entirely checked at a manufacturer such that a set of complicated adjusting operations at the time of assembly repair or maintenance of the lift installation is redundant, and the entire lift control arrangement or the lift control unit and the electronic power unit can be exchanged with reduced number of actions.
