PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving the counting accuracy of a pedometer.SOLUTION: The pedometer 10 includes a display section 12, an acceleration sensor 14, an operation section 16, an arithmetic section 20, and a storage section 30. When the P-P value of the waveform of obtained acceleration is larger than a predetermined threshold, a number-of-steps counting section 24 counts one step. The used threshold is determined referring to a pitch sensibility corresponding data table 32. When the difference between the P-P value and the threshold is in a predetermined range, the difference value is stored in the pitch sensibility corresponding data table 32 in association with the pitch. |
