PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element which allows for formation of an electron transport layer and a hole transport layer by solvent coating, while ensuring uniformity of a coated film and significant reduction of manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: In an organic EL element having a hole transport layer, a luminous layer and an electron transport layer formed, in this order, between an anode and a cathode facing each other, the electron transport layer and hole transport layer are coats composed of an organic inorganic hybrid perovskite compound. The coat composed of an organic inorganic hybrid perovskite compound is formed using a solution containing a precursor which can compose the organic inorganic hybrid perovskite compound. |
