<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform positive removal of hair and the like contained in hot discharged water and supply hot discharged water to a heat pump.SOLUTION: Air bubbles A are supplied from a lower side of an aeration type water screen 5 to an entire width direction to generate a uniform circulating flow 6 between deep water and a surface water level over an entire width direction of a pretreatment tank 8. With this arrangement, a part of hot discharged water 11 in the pretreatment tank 8 is discharged while a state in which the hair and the like contained in the hot discharged water 11 are dispersed in the hot discharged water 11 in the pretreatment tank 8 is being kept. The hair and the like contained in the hot discharged water 11 are not grown into some blocks, but circulate within the pretreatment tank 8 while the hot discharged water 11 within the pretreatment tank 8 and the hot discharged water 11 newly flowed into the pretreatment tank 8 are being mixed to each other. Then, when the residual hot discharged water 11 is filtered with the aeration type water screen 5, the hair and the like are not grown into some blocks also at the surface of the aeration type water screen 5, but the hair and the like are removed from the hot discharged water 11 and then the hot discharged water 11 is flowed out to supplying type pipings 12, 14 for the heat pump.</p> |
