<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer and an ink circulation control method of the same capable of performing circulation supply of ink without causing a failure that the ink drops from a nozzle, or sucks the air, etc. from a circulation initial stage to a circulation stable state of the ink.SOLUTION: An ink jet printer can make ink flow to a circulation path communicating with a downstream ink tank from an upstream ink tank through an ink jet head and communicating with the upstream ink tank from the downstream ink tank, and discharge the ink from a nozzle of the ink jet head. The ink jet printer comprises: an upstream side heating section 41 which is provided near the ink jet head of the circulation path between the upstream ink tank and the ink jet head and heats the passing ink; and a downstream side heating section 42 which is provided near the ink jet head of the circulation path between the downstream ink tank and the ink jet head and heats the passing ink, actuates the upstream side heating section first, and also actuates the downstream side heating section after that.</p> |
