PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler superior in heat exchanging performance while keeping high frost formation-proof property, and to provide a cooling box including the same.SOLUTION: A cooler 1 includes: a plurality of heat transfer tubes 2 disposed in parallel with each other to allow a refrigerant to pass therethrough; and heat transfer fins 4 disposed around the heat transfer tubes 2. When observing a cross-section vertical to a longitudinal direction of the heat transfer tube 2, a plurality of rows of the plurality of heat transfer tubes 2 arranged at intervals of a first distance with respect to a direction vertical to a ventilating direction from an inlet side to an outlet side of the air, are formed in a state that a front row side is positioned at an upstream side in the ventilating direction and a rear row side is positioned at a downstream side in the ventilating direction, and each of the rows is positioned while shifted from the previous row by a distance of one-third or two-third of the first distance in the direction vertical to the ventilating direction. |
