A contactless power feeding device comprises a coil (12) which contactlessly transmits and receives power to and from a partner coil (22) using magnetic coupling, a first capacitor (13i), and a second capacitor (13o). The coil is wound into a swirl shape in a prescribed planar surface. The first capacitor is serially connected with the inner terminal of the coil. The second capacitor is serially connected with the outer terminal of the coil. When the inner diameter of the coil is Di and the outer diameter of the coil is Do, the ratio of the electrostatic capacitance Ci of the first capacitor to the electrostatic capacitance Co of the second capacitor satisfies a formula (1).
