PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member capable of firmly attaching a functional panel to an irregular roof to be adjacent to protrusions, and a fixing structure of the functional panel using the fixing member.SOLUTION: An inventive fixing member 20 is attached to an irregular roof alternately having recesses and protrusions in an eaves direction D2 and a functional panel is fixed on the fixing member 20. The fixing member 20 includes: a pair of half bodies 21 which are arranged in a recess and of which lower parts abut respectively on lower ends of side surface parts of the recess; a holding part 29 which holds the two half bodies 21 in a state that upper parts thereof are mutually superimposed in the up and down direction; and a fitting part 30 for a functional panel provided projectively upward above the superimposed portions of the two half bodies 21. Each of the half bodies 21 has a horizontal piece 25 projecting to the other half body 21 in its upper part, and the horizontal pieces 25 are held superimposed in the up and down direction. Thus, the fixing member 20 is arranged on the recess. |
