<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proteins, polypeptides and fragments thereof derived from Neisseria meningitidis B.SOLUTION: Provided are proteins, polypeptides and their fragments derived from Neisseria meningitidis B. Also provided are nucleic acids encoding the proteins, polypeptides and fragments thereof, nucleic acids such as antisense nucleic acid complimentary to the encoding nucleic acids. Also provided are antibodies that bind to the proteins, polypeptides and/or fragments thereof. Also provided are expression vectors useful for preparing the proteins, polypeptides and/or fragments thereof, and a host cell transfected by using the vector. Also provided are compositions of the proteins, polypeptides, fragments thereof and/or nucleic acids to be used for a vaccine, a diagnostic agent or an immunogenic composition and the like.</p> |
