[Problem] To provide a polymer which is suitable for solar cells having excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency and light durability; a solar cell which uses this polymer; and an electronic device which is provided with this solar cell. [Solution] The present invention provides: a polymer which is characterized by containing a repeating unit represented by formula (M1) and having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000-1,000,000; and a solar cell which contains this polymer in an active layer. The present invention also provides an electronic device which is provided with this solar cell.
