<p>Provided is a cable-attached electronic apparatus wherein a positional shift of a heat dissipating sheet can be eliminated, and heat dissipating performance is high. A cable-attached electronic apparatus (1) is provided with: a first metal housing (30), which is provided with a circuit board (24) having a heat generating element mounted thereon, an electric connector (22) connected to one end of the circuit board (24), a cable (3) connected to the other end of the circuit board, heat dissipating sheets (70, 72) disposed on the circuit board (24), a housing section (32) having the electric connector (22) housed therein, and a pair of wall sections (34) communicated with the housing section (32); a second metal housing (40), which is fitted in the first metal housing (30) such that an opening in one of the pair of wall sections (34) is covered; and a third metal housing (50), which is fitted in the second metal housing (40) such that an opening in the other one of the pair of wall sections (30) is covered. The cable (3) and the first metal housing (30) are thermally connected to each other.</p> |
