<p>The present invention includes an application step for applying a polymer solution (7) in which a thermally conductive or electrically conductive fine powder (6) is mixed in a polymer resin (2) to free ends of vertically oriented carbon nanotubes (1) formed on a surface of a substrate (3), a leveling step for leveling off, using a leveling member, the free ends of the carbon nanotubes (1) to which the polymer solution (7) has been applied in order to facilitate permeation of the polymer solution (7), and a pressing step for pressing, in planar fashion, the free ends of the carbon nanotubes (1) using a pushing member (25a) to cause free end parts of the leveled carbon nanotubes (1) to be exposed from the polymer solution (7).</p> |
