The present invention relates to a swash plate type compressor. The opening/closing core (520) and a pressure transferring rod (530) are separated formed and connected with each other. The swash plate type compressor also includes a suction check valve (500) which has a deformation mitigation unit (540) formed on to allow the relative motion between the opening/closing core (520) and pressure transferring rod (530) to mitigate the deformation of the opening/closing core (520) and pressure transferring rod (530) on the coupling point (C) of the opening/closing core (520) and pressure transferring rod (530). The swash plate type compressor ensures smooth movement of the opening/closing core (520) and pressure transferring rod (530) by using the deformation mitigation unit (540) and prevent the suction check valve (500) from adhering and the performance from degrading.
