PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of performing appropriate equalization processing.SOLUTION: An addition processing section 61 adds L pieces of values to the front side and the rear side of N pieces of values arranged in a frequency direction regarding a transmission line transfer function. When a number M of taps is odd, L≥(M-1)/2 is set by the addition processing section 61 and when the number M of taps is even, L≥M/2 is set. When the number M of taps is odd, among (N+2L+M-1) pieces of values constituting a filter output signal 202, values from an (L+(M-1)/2+1)th value to an (L+(M-1)/2+N)th value are selected and outputted to an equalization processing section 4 by an output value selection section 63. When the number M of taps is even, among (N+2L+M-1) pieces of values constituting the filter output signal 202, values from an (L+M/2+1)th value to an (L+M/2+N)th value are selected and outputted to the equalization processing section 4. |
