PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit for which fitting work of a protective panel can be quickly performed only by an operation from a display surface side, and to provide a game machine including the display unit.SOLUTION: A game machine includes: a frame-like body 30 for supporting a liquid crystal display device 9; and a holder 50 for holding the liquid crystal display device 9 on the frame-like body 30. Locking parts 37, 38 are provided in the interior of a slit-like insertion gap 36 formed on the frame-like body, and on the other hand, the holder 50 is provided with insertion pieces 54, 55 extending toward the frame-like body 30, inserted in the insertion gap 36 between the outside surface 9B of the liquid crystal display device 9 and the inside surface 31A of the frame-like body 30 to be locked to the locking parts 37, 38 of the frame-like body 30. The holder 50 is fitted to the frame-like body 30 by locking the insertion pieces 54, 55 of the holder 50 to the locking parts 37, 38 of the frame-like body 30. Thus, the fitting work of the holder 50 to the frame-like body 30 can be performed only by the operation on a display surface 9A side of the liquid crystal display device 9. |
