PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output system capable of providing new play using physically different voice output devices to a user.SOLUTION: An information processing device generates a first voice signal for outputting to a first output device and a second voice signal for outputting to a second output device which has the content different from that of the first voice signal. The second output device is capable of sound volume setting and outputs voice based on the second voice signal with the set sound volume. Also, the second output device transfers information on the set sound volume to the information processing device. When the set sound volume is small, the information processing device generates a first voice signal so that at least a part of the voice included in the second voice is included in the first voice.
