摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing method for a laminate iron core with which resin sealing is performed by using a CAL plate and a permanent magnet can be made closer to the outside or the inside of a radial direction even when a resin injection hole is not formed at an intermediate position in a width direction of a magnet insertion hole in the case where a gap between the permanent magnet and the magnet insertion hole is narrow.SOLUTION: A resin sealing method for a laminate iron core includes: mounting a permanent magnet 24 into each of magnet insertion holes 18 of an iron core body 15; then pressing the iron core body 15 in a laminating direction with an upper die 11 and a lower die 12; filling the magnet insertion hole 18 with a resin 29 from a resin reservoir 17 which is provided in the upper die 11 or the lower die 12, through a runner 19 which is formed in a removable CAL plate 14; and fixing the permanent magnet 24. In an end of the runner 19, a plurality of resin injection holes 33, 34 are included for each of the magnet insertion holes 18, and the permanent magnet 24 disposed in the magnet insertion hole 18 is made closer to one side in a radial direction of the magnet insertion hole 18 by the injected resin 29.
