<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a plan based on a correction instruction while preventing the content of an existing previous plan and schedule from largely changing even when a plurality of correction instructions are made to the previous plan.SOLUTION: Master information of a plurality of received orders is stored, and a plurality of correction instructions to correct facilities to be used or start time in the processes of a plurality of orders to be corrected in the preliminarily stored previous plan are input, and a corrected draft plan corresponding to each of the plurality of correction instructions is created (S1 to 3). As for each of the plurality of corrected draft plans, the total sum of the number of processes in which the process in the next order is changed prior to the pertinent process as compared with the previous plan in each process and the number of processes added to the facilities and the number of processes deleted from the facilities as compared with the previous plan for each facility is calculated as an evaluation value, and the corrected draft plan having the minimum evaluation value is selected and output as a corrected plan (S4 to 6).</p> |
