PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless seal member excellent in steam resistance property with a ternary system fluorine-containing elastomer, and provide a valve including the endless seal member.SOLUTION: A valve 10A includes: a ball 4 that has a through hole 4B forming a part of a flow channel 12; a cavity 1A that houses the ball 4 in a rotatable manner; bodies 1, 2; a stem 3 that rotates the ball 4 in the cavity 1A to switch a communication state; an endless seat 30A that contacts with an outer peripheral surface 4A of the ball 4 to perform seal; an endless seat retainer 150 that holds the seat 30A; and an endless seal member 45B that is provided between the seat retainer 150 and the cavity 1A, and is excellent in steam resistance property.
