<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recorder capable of reducing the time for stabilization of the ink temperature.SOLUTION: An ink jet recorder comprises a first and a second tank, an ink jet head, a circulation part, a temperature adjusting part, a pressure measuring part, a recording part and a controlling part. The recording part records a target temperature of an ink within the ink jet head and temperature-pressure data representing the relationship between the temperature of the ink within the ink jet head and pressures acting on the first and second tanks. The controlling part calculates target pressures for the first and second tanks from the target temperature and the temperature-pressure data, target pressure change values representing a difference between the target pressures and the pressures of the first and second tanks and then a target temperature change value by using the target pressure change values and causes the temperature adjusting part to change the temperatures of the first and second tanks on the basis of the target temperature change value.</p> |
