<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service device configured such that when a content on a network is browsed, information associated with terms or images included in the content can be displayed automatically.SOLUTION: An information service device comprises: a display part; a first acquisition part configured to acquire a content via a network and display it on the display part; an extraction part configured to extract terms to be searched for, from the content acquired by the first acquisition part; a search part configured to sequentially search for the terms, extracted from the extraction part, from contents on the network, and acquire the number of contents hit as a result of the search, and the browsing frequency of each content; a second acquisition part configured to acquire the content of the highest browsing frequency among the contents hit as a result of the search, when the number of contents acquired by the search part is not larger than a predetermined number; and a control part configured to extract, as associated information, portions corresponding to the terms to be searched for, among the contents acquired by the second acquisition part, and sequentially display the portions on the display part in synchronization with the speed at which a user reads the contents displayed on the display part.</p> |
