Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field and provide a method, an apparatus, and a device for establishing a call. The method comprises: receiving a call request sent by a user through a terminal; determining push information corresponding to personalized information of the user; and sending the push information to the terminal. The embodiments of the present invention provide the method, apparatus, and device for establishing the call so as to send the push information corresponding to the personalized information to the user according the personalized information of the user after the user initiates a call, preventing a communications resource waste. |
