Provided is a visualization device capable of visualizing the processing flow of the entire multi-item continuous processing system on a time-series basis and investigating the cause of a system loss. A visualization device for managing an operating state in a first processing step to which a step loss in continuous processing retroacts in a multi-item continuous processing process in which item-by-item batch processing is performed, wherein using icons indicating various kinds of items, the operation in the step is sequentially displayed item by item on a time-series basis in a matrix of cells formed by dividing columns by operating hours and partitioning rows of the respective operating hours by each one-batch processing time of the first processing step to store data, and the data is utilized while being visualized.
