<p>The present invention relates to an integrated manufacturing method of a mobile terminal case and an antenna, comprising a step of manufacturing the case and a step of manufacturing the antenna. The case is manufactured by using a double injection molding machine. A plastic material for the case is injected through a first plastic feeding port, the mold is opened after formation, but the formed material is not pushed out, and the mole is rotated at 180 degrees and then is closed; afterwards, injection molding is performed for the second time, resin dedicated to LDS is injected, the resin is bonded to the case material, and then the mold is opened to push the formed material, to obtain a complete case. The antenna is manufactured as follows: the metal ions in the antenna area is activated and electroplated by using laser energy of a laser machine, and a circuit structure is formed; finally, a protective film is coated. Compared with the conventional LDS antenna, the case of the present invention is manufactured by using a material meeting the case manufacturing strength except the antenna area, which reduces the assembly layer, simplifies the assembly process, and overcomes the defects of high labor intensity in the case assembly process in the late period of the LDS antenna project and low production efficiency.</p> |
