A lip synchronization test system and method. The system comprises: a playing device (101) configured to play a multimedia file with an image and sound both having an energy jump and being synchronous; a device to be tested (102) configured to receive a first image signal and a first sound signal output by the playing device (101) when playing the multimedia file, and output a second image signal corresponding to the first image signal and a second sound signal corresponding to the first sound signal; and a test device (103) configured to receive the second image signal and the second sound signal, and output a second image energy variation graph and a second sound energy variation graph; wherein the test device (103) is also configured to detect whether the second image energy variation graph has an image energy jump, and detect whether the second sound energy variation graph has a sound energy jump.
