PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture ensuring illumination light having a stabilized feeling of contrast index FCI, that does not depend on the lighting situation.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 1 includes a lighting circuit 4 which controls the lighting so that a first red light-emitting element 12a is lighted but a second red light-emitting element 12b is not lighted or lighted finely, when a red light-emitting element 12c is lighting in a first lighting situation where the peak wavelength of the red light-emitting element 12c has a first value, and controls the lighting so that the second red light-emitting element 12b is lighted but the first red light-emitting element 12a is not lighted or lighted finely, when the red light-emitting element 12c is lighting in a second lighting situation where the peak wavelength of the red light-emitting element 12c has a second value larger than the first value. |
