PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloud management device capable of automatically collecting information on a resource use state of a system utilized by a user, a cloud management system, a cloud management method, and a program.SOLUTION: A cloud management device 20 comprises: a resource information acquisition unit 21 for collecting resource information on resource use states of cloud systems 30 from the cloud systems 30 providing cloud services; and a resource information analysis unit 22 for creating screen data for displaying resource states of respective cloud systems 30 on the basis of the acquired resource information.
