PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner including an outdoor unit which achieves higher safety.SOLUTION: An air conditioner of this invention includes: an indoor unit which includes an indoor heat exchanger; and an outdoor unit which includes a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve in a housing. The housing is configured by a front surface plate, a side surface plate, a back surface plate, and a corner part located at a corner part of the housing. The back surface plate side of the corner part has a bent part which is bent in an inside direction of the housing, and an angle formed by a tangential line of an end part of the bent part and the back surface plate is configured to be larger than 90 degrees. In this invention, it is avoided that a fingertip of an operator touches an end part of a plate metal component configuring the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner including the outdoor unit which achieves higher safety can be provided. |
