PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete producing method capable of efficiently using concrete rubble.SOLUTION: The concrete producing method comprises: an aggregate producing process S1 of crushing concrete rubble to produce recycled aggregate; a measurement process S2 of measuring the ratio of fine aggregate in weight in the recycled aggregate; a combination determining process S3 of determining the weight of cement paste to be mixed into the recycled aggregate on the basis of the ratio of fine aggregate in weight; and a kneading process S4 of kneading the recycled aggregate and the cement paste of the weight determined in the combination determining process S3 to make a concrete mixture. The weight of the cement paste is determined as the weight sufficient to completely fill up a gap between the recycled aggregate.
