PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overcurrent in an illuminating device using a current from a first power supply consisting of a solar battery and a current from a second power supply, in an illumination system that can perform natural light following type drive that uses the first power supply consisting of the solar battery and in which an illuminance of the illuminating device is changed with an output of the solar battery, and stabilized illuminance type drive that uses a second power supply and in which illuminance of the illuminating device becomes constant.SOLUTION: An illumination system 1 comprises a solar battery 11 that is a first power supply, and a second power supply including an AC-DC converter 12. When an AC-DC operation detector 15 detects that supply of a power from the AC-DC converter 12 is started, electrical connection between an LED tube 10 and the solar battery 11 is disconnected via a switch part 16, and thereby, a power generated by the solar battery 11 is prevented from being supplied to the LED tube 10. |
