PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converter that can measure a correct DC value by making sampling intervals asynchronous with a noise period.SOLUTION: An A/D converter 3 samples an input analog signal and converts it to a digital signal to be sent to an averaging circuit 6. The averaging circuit 6 outputs an average of a plurality of digital conversion results of the A/D converter 3. A control circuit 4 generates a clock that is set such that intervals of sampling timings of the A/D converter 3 are not a constant period, and sends it to the A/D converter 3. |
