PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for adsorption device capable of easily treating radioactive cesium-containing water during its treatment.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an adsorption device 1 that is supplied with radioactive cesium-containing water A and that internally houses an adsorbent 4 adsorbing radioactive cesium comprises the steps of: determining an adsorption amount of radioactive cesium adsorbed on the adsorbent 4; calculating a ratio of a first material and a second material that include the adsorption amount determined in the determination step, in the adsorbent 4 including the first material adsorbing radioactive cesium and the second material that has radioactive cesium-adsorbing capacity lower than that of the first material or has no such capacity; and mixing the first material and the second material at the ratio calculated in the calculation step to fill the inside of a main unit.
