The present application addresses the problem of press-fitting a first component and a second component into a seal member without using a fitting groove. In an aspect of the present invention, a seal member is interposed between a first body and a second body, and a connection tool is engaged with engagement surfaces of the first body and the second body. The first body and the second body are drawn toward each other by applying loads to the engagement surfaces so that the seal member is brought into a state of being press-fitted into the first body and the second body, and the press-fitted state is held by a clamp. Inside a main body part of either or both of the first body and the second body, a plurality of engagement surfaces spreading in the direction approximately perpendicular to the drawing direction are provided. |
