<p>The cap (100) has a lid provided in a connection terminal (200) that is filled with liquid. The liquid in the connection terminal is discharged into a cavity. The cavity is arranged in a skirt portion of the cap. A recess is formed in an inner side of the lid. Two flow communications are provided on the inner side of the lid. The cavity is arranged between an inner part and an exterior part of the cap. The inner part is formed as sleeve-shaped structure. An inner-side circulating annular groove is formed in the lid and the exterior part of the cap.</p>
