摘要 <p>The device (10) comprises an extruder (16) to which raw materials are supplied via a dosing device (12), where the extruder comprises a mold channel in which a continuously emerging briquette strip to be treated is formed. A preheating reactor (14) is installed in an upstream of the extruder, and is configured to heat raw materials homogeneously. The preheating reactor is formed such that compression of the materials takes place in ratio of 1:2, in addition to a heating. A heating sleeve (24) is surrounded partially in the reactor. The device (10) comprises an extruder (16) to which raw materials are supplied via a dosing device (12), where the extruder comprises a mold channel in which a continuously emerging briquette strip to be treated is formed. A preheating reactor (14) is installed in an upstream of the extruder, and is configured to heat raw materials homogeneously. The preheating reactor is formed such that compression of the materials takes place in ratio of 1:2, in addition to a heating. A heating sleeve (24) is surrounded partially in the reactor. The preheating reactor comprises a cylinder with a screw conveyor. The screw conveyor has a gradual reduction of junction depth and/or pitch in the conveying direction. The temperature within the reactor is 100[deg] C. The inner wall of reactor and/or the inner wall of the extruder have axial grooves or ridges for axial and radial compression of the materials. The speed of the screw conveyor is 100 revolutions per minute. The mold channel has a conically tapered region in front of the extruder. A control apparatus controls the discharge rate of the extruder and/or the reactor based on the respective levels between a minimum level and a maximum level. An independent claim is included for a method for producing briquettes from crushed raw materials.</p>
