The ballast (1) has two layers provided on an upper sole of a shoe. Four mold parts (2-5) are turned toward a running shoe of the shoe. A third layer is arranged between two layers of the running shoe of the shoe and the upper sole and made from polyurethane, cork, latex, silicone, ethylene-vinyl acetate, PPT or gel. A pelotte is arranged under the upper sole and made from polyurethane, cork, latex, silicone, ethylene-vinyl acetate, PPT or gel. The upper sole is made from suede, microfiber or imitation leather and coated with an antistatic agent.
