The arrangement (1) has a fuel cell (10) provided with a cathode (11) and a cathode gas lead (12). A moistening device (3) is arranged in the cathode gas lead. A first mass flow sensor (20) is arranged in a front part of the moistening device and arranged in the cathode gas lead. A second mass flow sensor (21) is arranged in a back part of the moistening device and arranged in the cathode gas lead, where the two mass flow sensors are designed as hot-film mass sensors. The moistening device is operated based on measurements of the mass flow sensors. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining humidity of a cathode gas of a fuel cell arrangement.
