A method for encrypting a 3D object is provided. In a preferred embodiment, an encryption process for shaping a 3D object comprises generating a set of secret functions by using a secret (K) (S21); applying the generated functions to a 3D object (S22); determining a function which provides an output closest to predetermined characteristics (S23); encrypting the 3D object by using the determined function (S24); and outputting the encrypted 3D object and an indication of the determined function (S25). Also provided are a corresponding decryption method, an encryption device (910) and a decryption device (940). |
